My name is Mari Gonzalez

I am a UX/UI designer with over 5 years of experience in SAAS-based companies, specializing in creating user-centered designs.

I graduated from the University of Omaha Nebraska in 2020 and got a Bachelors in Fine Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design.

Although “graphic design is my passion 🐸” and has been since a young age, it was during my final year of college that I discovered the captivating realm of UI/UX design, igniting a new path in my career. Throughout my journey, my goal has always been to create designs that deeply resonate with their users.

Transitioning to UI/UX design enables me to achieve this by crafting meaningful, user-centered experiences. My experience includes collaborating closely with stakeholders to empathize with users and identify critical areas for improvement.

I leverage tools like Figma, along with design thinking and user-centered design principles, to develop and iterate high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes. This allows me to enhance user workflows and ensure the solutions I create are not only visually compelling but also functionally effective.
